Dr. Nadira Ramcharan

Dr. Nadira Ramcharan

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Nadira Ramcharan has 18+ years of professional experience. She is a high-performing executive with extensive experience in developing the skills and capacity of professionals with a variety of organizations throughout the United States.

Nadira focuses on building partnerships with stakeholders and setting strategies for program, operations, projects and talent management. She supports leaders in creating HR policies and practices to enhance organizational operations and performance. She strongly believes that employees at all levels, regardless of roles and titles, should have access to professional development, opportunities, and career paths to support their professional growth.

She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Leadership from Capella University and an M.B.A. and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She also has a B.A. from the City University of New York-Bernard M. Baruch College.

Nadira is expanding her doctoral research and findings into practice through NRNY's Leadership Advancement Pipeline, an evidence-based approach that helps organizations build the infrastructure to develop and advance their own team members into leadership roles.

Jessica Otunuya serves NRNY Consulting, LLC as a consultant, thought partner, and collaborator on strategy and operations. Jessica’s expertise lies in strategic organizational planning (OKRs, KPIs, and progress monitoring), talent life cycle strategy (selection, onboarding, career pathing), and operations (policies, procedures, infrastructure and financial planning). Through her work at various organizations, Jessica has mastered the art of ensuring that the right strategies, systems, structures, technologies and procedures exist to ensure optimal organizational performance.

Jessica received her master’s degree in Public Administration from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Waynesburg University.

Human Resources Associate and Advisor to CEO

Jeanette serves NRNY Consulting, LLC as an HR Consultant, collaborator, and advisor to the President and CEO, bringing over 5 years of diverse Human Resources experience to the team. Her areas of expertise include employee handbook development, employee engagement events and programs, and the employee lifecycle.

Jeanette has supported clients in a variety of industries including nonprofit, risk management, insurance brokerage, and legal. Fun facts about Jeanette:

  • Earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College
  • Has an A.S. in Business Marketing from TCI College of Technology
  • Earned aPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI)

Edward Morris, Jr.

Edward Morris, Jr.

Program and Strategy Associate

Edward Morris, Jr. serves NRNY Consulting, LLC as a consultant, thought partner, and collaborator on program and content design. He is the Founder and President of VisionPort, LLC, which builds the capacity of leaders to effectively influence their work, teams, and spheres of operation through three pathways: Training, Strategy, and Leadership Coaching.

He is also the Vice President of Programs and Services with Branch Alliance for Educator Diversity (BranchED), a national network of high-impact educator prep programs at minority serving institutions, including HBCUs, HSIs, Tribal Colleges, and AANAPISIs. There, he leads all programs and service provision through training and technical assistance.

Previously, Ed served in multiple Executive Director roles with New Leaders, Inc., which has prepared approximately 3,200 K-12 leaders, leading Instructional Leadership, Instructional Design, and the flagship Aspiring Principals Program. He also led program strategy and professional development for LEAP Innovations. Earlier, he was an accomplished K-8 principal of one of the nation’s first widely recognized turnaround schools and a middle school teacher in Chicago. Ed holds degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and National Louis University.
