When we deliver career readiness workshops for students and young people, we typically do so in partnership with schools and youth-serving organizations. In those programs, we collect only the minimum information needed to deliver and evaluate the program, follow the partner organization's privacy and consent requirements, and never use student information for marketing. Where student education records are involved, we handle them in line with applicable laws such as FERPA and New York Education Law § 2-d, and the terms of our agreement with the partner.

If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as providing services, maintaining business and tax records, and meeting legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
